  3. Spawn walks out at 0:14 to a loud reaction from the crowd. Spawn lost his match to Ivy Hale at Anarchy but it appears as if the fans have begun to take a liking to the reformed man. A large smile cracks on the face of the superstar as he springs down the ramp grabbing the hands of his fans. He proceeds to climb up the steps as he brushes his boots before climbing in the ring and looking around at the fans filling the arena.

Before I can say anything else. Let me just say thank you.

The crowd pops for their appreciation before awaiting Spawn to continue.

I know I couldn't do what I said I was going to do. I wanted to beat Ivy Hale, but I can't be too mad I lost. I learnt a lot from that match and I know where I went wrong. I am still picking up the pieces to make myself whole once more. So it could be a slow process, but that doesn't mean it has to be a painful one. I have no regret from that match. I have no fear coming out here and doing it again. It's all apart of the ride. Truth be told I am not the only guy in IWT to have his own fair share of bad luck. My opponent Arno Frye seems to be in the same boat as me. Looks like they are chucking two losers in a bag for amusement. Now I am not gonna come out here and cut some mean speech about Arno. I don't even mind the guy. However we do have a match, so that means we are not friends or buddies, we are opponents.

So Arno that does mean when you come out here and join me that I am going to try and kick your ass, because no offense, but I don't want to lose this 'losers match'. I do hope you feel the same because I could really use some practice. Hell maybe after this match we can go catch a cold one and relax. But for the meantime I am lacing my boot tights and taping my fists for a fight because I still got a lot to prove to these people and they still deserve a lot better from me. So don't think I will be going lightly on you. I hope that you would expect that as I hope you wanna come out here and prove something too.

And don't get upset or emotional out here. That was more than enough I had to deal with at Anarchy... We may be the losers match but I was looking forward to seeing which one of us was the better man. I can't lie I have not seen a whole lot of your work but I don't think you get the rap that everyone else gives you. I can relate as I am in the same sort of situation. We are busting our asses trying to get better and we get overlooked. People see us working our bodies to dust and they begin to see that determination but they begin to see it as an expectation. They see our hard work but its not hard enough.

So lets show them they are all wrong Arno. Lets come out here and lets blow the roof of this place. Lets give these people a real show. Lets show that the main event is between the guys like us. Lets show them all wrong.

Spawn eagerly awaits Arno to show.

  4. The arena swells a dark shade of purple as the beginning of Arno Frye's theme echo's throughout. As soon as the beat drops Frye emerges from the back to a negative reception. Microphone already in hand he wastes no time getting to ring, once he steps through the ropes he motions for his music to stop only to then look at Spawn, cracking a smile while he does it.

*Nodding his head* You know I gotta say I wasn't expecting you to come out here and try to reason. Not you, not Spawn. I was almost certain you were gonna go for my looks, attack my record but no...you come out here treating me with some ounce of respect. You're right too no denying you and I have had our share of misfortune in our endeavors. But no man, not even sinners like us, should be overlooked. *Frye breaks eye contact to look at the mat* Being in this ring I do have something to prove but understand that when you're a man in my situation...every night you're trying to prove your worth.

    Frye points to the crowd

*looking at Spawn*They don't respect losers, they only cheer for the supermen, for the franchise players. Not that I care what they think...its just the nature of the beast...

I saw your match at Anarchy and it must've been hard for you to lose to Ivy Hale, even if you won't admit it. I mean what happened man? Maybe you should've put the mask back on for a night huh? It may have given you the artistic inspiration you so desperately needed.

Frye take a step closer to Spawn.

I didn't come out here to give you sympathy, men like us don't deserve it. I am DAMN sure not out to be your punching bag. I'm here tonight for a fight and fight is what I expect to get. My track record means nothing to me, all the greatest start off in dumps. But as I'm sure you know, Spawn, its not about where you start from that matters, its where you end up. The past is simply that, the past. The future is what I always look to and in my future I see great things...it's the present that bothers me.

  5. Well now, I can hardly fire any shots at yourself when I have nothing to brag about. Yeah I lost all my matches since IWTMania, and at first it was hard. I was dead set on beating everyone and being the best that IWT had ever seen. But you don't learn whats right from wrong until you got a solid ass whooping. And I have had my fair share of them by now. Admittedly I wanted to beat Ivy, I really did. But she is one of the best in IWT so I am not surprised in my defeat, just a little disappointed in myself. At the end of the day the only person I can blame for my loss is myself. So I don't need to come out here and blame Michael or blame Ivy. I simply couldn't hang with her. Which is why I clearly need to keep focusing and get even better. My loss doesn't eat at me and make me angry, it encourages me to do better.

I wanted to test myself to see how much better I had gotten so I purposely offered Miss Hale the match at Anarchy. It is clear how refined she is in the ring, she was the perfect opportunity for me to return and see how I would fare. Although I was not expecting her to be so ill minded. She got in my head a little bit and I hadn't prepared for that. But that brings me back to you Arno. I told you I was interested in this match right? Well for the same reason I was interested in my match with Ivy. I think you are better than these people realize. And maybe its because you disrespect these fans so much that they wont cheer for you. But I know that you could prove them wrong. This match could show everyone just how good you are. You have the golden opportunity to make yourself a star. Because if I can do it, anyone can.

I am not out here for your sympathy, and I am not here to give it. As I said I have come out here looking for a fight. I need to constantly evolve and get better and that means I will have to work my way up through the food chain. I bit off more than I could chew with Ivy. But I was close. Very close. Just like how I was close to grabbing that IWT Title at IWTMania IV...

I hate coming close Arno. It's already happened too many times to me and I can't think of any more excuses as to why I can't get better. I need to come out here and fight guys like yourself to show these people and show myself that I can still do this. I may not be as ruthless and as spiteful as I once was but I will be damned before I get these doors shut in my face. IWT is my love and it is my life. If I can't hang and can't win any of my matches then what will I have left? I already abandoned this place once and every part of me was telling me to come back, I don't want to lose my matches. I don't want to be the joke but I can't bear to leave this place. So I would rather walk out here and lose every match rather than watch the show from home and dream about what my life could of been. Instead I am going to fight everyone to make my dreams come true. I am not going to wonder about what being champion will be like any longer. I am going to become the champion. I am going to defeat every obstacle in my way and that doesn't matter if it is you Arno, the Bullad Club or even myself.

You said it perfectly. It is not about the start of the story, it's about how it ends. And for me I will not accept any other ending than me standing tall on top of the world. I will not wonder and I will not have my dreams slip past my fingers anymore. The time for excuses and the time for losing is over. Now its time that I get all my stuff back together so that I can get to the end of my road. Arno Frye I don't sympathize for you, but I do have a respect for you. Respect is a value. But take it from me. Respect doesn't win you matches.

Spawn drops the mic with a thud as he lets Arno have another say in the matter.

  6. You want to improve? Take it from the artist here no matter how much you practice, no matter how much you do in fact improve...your never guaranteed success. You could be the best a what you do but it takes it one. Bad. Day...and it's all out the window. It takes one mistake and all of those days go unjustified. The only way to win in that situation is to learn from your mistakes. Embrace your demons--its like she told me once, my aunt, for the light to shine bright...there has to be darkness...*Chuckle*. You see Spawn, if you want get through me and those 'obstacles' you're gonna have to let that loose. You're gonna have...to embrace the darkness nestled away deep inside you. Only then will you find that improvement you're looking for.

I have a lot of room for improvement myself, I'd rather not be stuck in my position too much longer. So in a way, this is a mutually beneficial exchange. Your probably the first person I've shared this ring with that I can genuinely say I'm growing some ounce of respect for but these people...they don't know what they want one minute they love you, the next they don't. I can't respect sheep, Spawn, I can't respect people who are too blind to see truth, people who are too stupid to fully comprehend my brilliance--

The crowd interupt Frye with loud booing. He lowers the microphone and let's them continue with an annoyed expression on his face. He let's them go on a few seconds more before talking over them.

I'm sure a lot of people underestimate me and what can I say, I haven't given full effort in any of my matches because frankly I don't care about the public's perception or the how everyone feels in the back. I'm here to inflict pain, terrorize and most importantly create wonderful works of art. So like I said, this here is a mutually beneficial match-up, we aren't enemies nor are we simply each others opponent's. Just two obstacles in each others way...

Frye fixes his Jacket, licks his lips and runs his left hand through his hair before raising the mic again.

...Respect doesn't win matches, you're right. Neither does the desire to want to win them. What wins matches is the will to fight, the will to win. Words in long run mean nothing it's all about the actions your willing to take to accomplish what you've set out for yourself. So It's not about if you have what takes, I don't want to be told...I want to be shown.

Frye drops the mic and backs up to the ropes behind him where he leans in wait for the bell to ring.

  9. Good match y'all. Enjoyed it. Thought it was relativily equal but there were just a couple quotes from Spawn that caught my eye that were memorable so I went with him. That being the deciding factor really shows how close it was for me.

Btw love the titantron, Botchie. Know you been using Hoover for a while but much love to Yung Leandoer once again. The graphics fit well with it.
