Dixie Carter Is a Wierd Woman

  1. In an interview with Digital Spy, TNA President Dixie Carter revealed that she would be interested in a WWE vs TNA Crossover event featuring talent from both companies. Dixie said:

I don't think [the WWE] shares my belief in this, but I believe that competition is 100% positively essential,I think it's important for fans and for us. To have one company dominate, a) it's boring, and b) you are not being challenged enough. It's always better to have other options out there and I truly believe it makes both companies better. absolutely would do that. I'm not sure if they would do that (a crossover event), but I absolutely would."

Well DUH! the WWE won't do the crossover event. I mean lol. :cole:
  2. :idk: I don't know what she's trying to accomplish here, other than being delusional.

  3. Like wwe would agree to that
  4. WWE will agree to that right after Dixie gets in a threesome with HHH and Steph.
  5. I understand her ambition, but the idea just doesn't make logical sense, which companies talent would go over whos?
  6. Aries, CM Punk, Cesaro and DB will go over all of them, and then they will end the night with a ROH flag, showing ROH beat both WWE and TNA!

:russo: I put my hands in the air sometimes singing HEYYO! I LOVE THAT SWERVE YO!
  7. I'd love to see this. This is something you see a lot in Japan. Noah and All Japan tend to send some of their top guys over to New Japan for their biggest show of the year and vice versa. And New Japan are now helping Noah get back to their feet again. Sadly this is something I don't think we will see in America. At least not as long as Vince is in charge.
  8. I'd love to see this if it went out successful, but it just won't happen.
  9. This sort of thing didn't work too well back in 1997 when WWE and ECW tried it, and that was just a few under card matches on Raw, not a PPV.

Does she really believe WWE are ever gonna agree to letting their Superstars lose to any of the TNA guys? Even on the under card? And the second she doesn't agree to letting one or any of her guys lose to them, the idea is dead in the water. Not that it has a chance of happening anyway.

This would have been a huge deal if WCW had done it back in the day (I remember some wrestling magazine actually booking an entire card one time that was pretty interesting) but TNA isn't a big enough company for it to be that big of a deal.
  10. Obviously WWE won't do it, they don't want to advertise TNA for them... But we all can dream, can't we?

"It's a great day to be a Guerrero, baby! *Canned pop* Now that we've run through the entire TNA Tag Division, there better be some makeshift teams or something ready to take us on, because we don't want to sit around and waste all this talent given to big Hernandez, who's really really strong, and all the talent given to me by my uncle, Ed...

  11. Chavo: "You can't defeat me holmes! I'm Eddie's nephew!"

Reigns: "Oh yeah, well I'm the Rock's cousin!"

Chavo: "Uncle Eddie says that I would be the best, with all of Eddie's hope and eddieness I will win!"

Reigns: "Im the cousin of the people's champ! I was born into people's champion by Rock because Rock gave me greatness!"

    Chavo: "Eddie gave me eddieness!"

    Reign: "Rock gave me rockness!"
