FEED ME...Food.

  1. What is an example of what you eat for your 3 to 6 meals a day?
    List everything that goes into your mouth, other then things you can't swallow... And Punk, that white stuff does not constitute as a late night snack.

    And post an example of what you would eat for your meals.
    Like if you eat 3 meals, then list breakfast, lunch & dinner.
    Some people eat 4, 5 or 6 though.

    I usually eat two meals and graze.
  5. I practise different diets constantly (for funsies and for my job) so I don't really have routine foods. I do traditionally have 2 or 3 meals a day. I often skip breakfast, unless a diet I'm practising says otherwise.
  6. Oh. I eat pretty much every three hours or when I'm hungry.

    Usually like this:
    Midnight Snack.
  7. But what do you eat for them meals? Like examples?
  8. um co coa pebbles, Subway, Mcdonalds, Burger King. Basically i can't cook :WHY:
  9. Brown Rice
    Protein Shakes
    Lean Meat like Chicken Breasts, Beef, ect.
    Almonds, Walnuts, ect.
    And some recipes that I make myself. That's why I only eat food I make or some of my gf's just to be nice.

  12. Yeah, i wouldn't know where to begin with a healthy meal.
  13. Subway is so good. You can lose a lot of weight just by eating subway, it's not bad for you at all.
  14. Wow, are you a health nut? I eat a lot of veggies and not a lot of meat... But the pasta is wear I get into trouble. Once me & my husband move into a house, I am going to start a garden.

  16. I started becoming a health nut since 2010/2011.
    Yeah, I don't like Brown Rice either. It's healthy so I just eat it for that.
    Also Walking Dead is on.

    Bread, any form, is not healthy. So eating a buncha subs can't be good for your body, even if you do lose weight.
    Plus, most bread has bleach in it. :pity:

  19. Oh, of course it depends what's in the subway. The beef one is great, like 300 cals max.

    Biggest myth in nutrition. Bread -- in large doses -- is bad for you, otherwise, you get plenty of goodness from it. Losing weight is all about cals, some subway's contain hardly any.
