With the influx of talent, I've had more and more recommendations that we revert to our original style. I personally loved that style and is what hooked me to the IWT for over 2 years. I wanted to take this to Creative, but I think that the people who will be affected the most, should be the ones getting the choice. Look bellow and see which Format you enjoy or would like to see the most.

    Current (2016 - Present) (open)

This is the format used by almost all e-feds. Users promo inside a PM, and judges vote. Based on performances we choose the winners and write out a show. These shows have matches, angles and interviews.

    Former (2012 - 2016) (open)

This format is almost entirely unique to the IWT. Cards are set, and in live time competitors cut promos and after a set amount of promos are done. People (members of the IWT) vote on who they think is th

    Hybrid (open)

Major IWT events will be done with the Former/2012 format; however, IWT VICE will be done with the Current/2016 format.

  2. I joined IWT thinking it was the old format, so I voted for that one.

E-Feds are pretty much promos so I don't really like having to wait weeks to see the winner
  3. The 2nd option is open to too much bias everyone will just vote for their pals.
    • Agree Agree x 1
  4. And Most e-feds have too much bias.
    • Agree Agree x 1
  5. How about different hybrid:

We have the old voting method, but do it in a private poll where the results are hidden. Then, the people find out who won the contest in the written match - the winner is based off the poll results like old IWT. It's a good combination of this because I enjoy actual wrasslin in e-feds while we can still incorporate people voting into the decision-making.
    • Like Like x 2
  6. Why not have a team of like 5 guys vote and it will be clear if any bias is shown.
  7. We worked through it before. That's a lingering problem that can be quelled with mature members.
  8. To bad we have certain members that can't be mature.
    • Agree Agree x 1
  9. If the majority is mature about it, and is willing to report and keep it clean then we have nothing to worry about. We had some kinks in there, but for the most part it was all fun. Check the IWT Archives to see what i'm talking about.
  10. I like it too, but that's a lot of work. Making a card, setting dates, making sure everyone does there promos and then having to write up the show.
  11. Always liked this method best, and voting wouldn't be so low as last time. As for the problem with no shows: do strikes.

1st strike- gets jobbed out horribly in the written version.

2nd strike- 1 event suspension. Easier than giving out weeks with shows so spread out.

    3rd strike- You're firrrrred
  12. We can use the strike system from the regular rules. Will need some writers.
  13. Writers = creative. There's already like 5 of us, and writing matches isn't too bad lol
  14. In the last 3 months, who has written any match?
  15. Ignoring the first show, you wanted to write all the matches. I don't know went on with everyone else, but I couldn't write the matches, I was busy in the real world. I have no problem writing multiple matches now, I'm available.
  16. Then we have nothing to worry about.
    • Optimistic Optimistic x 1
  17. I'm fine with whatever. But, I guess I like Nick's idea best.
  18. In all honesty, i'd prefer if we kept it the same, and I agree about the maturity issue, all the new guys are basically all friends and would on vote for them, and yes as you said- you would work around it, and yes- if the majority can be mature, then it shouldn't be a problem, but what if the majority isn't mature?
