News He's coming back

  1. Who's Hideo Itami????
  2. Does he mean Japan? I hope he means Japan.
  3. I'd like to see what he can do on the main roster before he goes back to Japan. And when he does, he should avoid NOAH.
  4. Thing is NOAH needs him badly. He's the biggest guy made by NOAH and if he came home it would probably help their business.
But since he has WWE attached to him now NJPW would probably scoop him up
  5. For NOAH's sake, he needs to go back. For his own sake, he's better off going to New Japan or another promotion.
  6. I would jizz my pants if he returned to ROH, no reason why he cannot be a full time thing for a year or two. Otherwise he could return and save NOAH to a certain extent plus I never get tired of him vs Marufuji . Or there is new japan. IDK there are some great bouts in wwe that he could have but maybe he has been overshadowed by Naka for that big male japan star and in all honesty naka is bigger but I prefer KENTA
  7. Some Japanese dude looking to get a job in the 'E.
  8. I set you up for a good joke and that's the best you can do? Shame :p
  9. Apologies. I couldn't think of anything else better. lol

  10. This mean he's no longer WWE? Or is it a WWE return?
  11. It's a WWE return. He suffered a shoulder injury in May last year, was supposed to come back in 6 months, then had complications with his shoulder which prolonged his return for another 6 months.

  12. Cheers pal. I knew he was injured but wasn't sure on his status regards WWE. That last MITB spot? Imagine.
  13. No problemo, lad.

I'm pretty sure he would've changed his name back to KENTA if he was leaving WWE for NOAH, NJPW or some other Japanese company.

MITB spot? Idk, maybe next year.
  14. I doubt it as well on the MITB slot but so many names could be put in that its worth throwing Hideo's in the hat.
  15. I can only hope for a Hideo Itami vs. Shinsuke Nakamura. Hideo will more than likely be eclipsed by Nakamura unless Hideo does something different. I'd like to see a dark, heel Itami that hates people who go against tradition, and singles out Shinsuke for making a mockery of Japanese wrestling.
  16. Hideo told me he is afraid to turn heel because you might kick him from the room.

  17. All smartassery aside (which is difficult for me), I'm glad to see Hideo coming back and look forward to seeing what he can do.

And, pardon me for going against the room, but I'd like to give the guy a chance considering how much momentum he was building pre-injury on the NXT roster before we return him to Japan.

I've got to think that there's some involvement with KO, considering KO's "involvement" with his injury angle.

  18. I'm in the same boat. I look forward to seeing what's he going to do when he returns.

There was also a speculation around TakeOver: Respect that Bálor was actually involved in the parking lot assault, 'cause he was heeling it up at the time and seemed to be pre-emptively dropping the babyface mask. However, that did not turn out to be the case.

I'm not quite sure if Bálor will be leaving NXT after TakeOver: The End, but if they do end up doing the Itami/heel Bálor feud, then I'm all for it.

  19. I would even think that's a main roster (Smackdown brand, perhaps?) feud. It's not like WWE couldn't put together video/interview packages that couldn't sell some tension between Balor and Itami pre-injury.
