I need some help.

  1. Basically, I've got big ears. I was discussing this with my parents last night and my mum said if you wish to get them put back you can because I suggested it to her, she wasn't aware of that treatment. My two brothers said don't get them pinned back because we like them and they've always been like that.

Today in class, my teacher took my hat off and started messing around with me, obviously in a joke way. He's the same ethnicity as me. He said why don't you get them pinned back? I said I don't know. He said you should get them done. I said to him, I'd need 2 weeks holidays and he said get them done in summer holidays. The other teacher in the class also suggested that I should if it makes me feel more comfortable.

I don't know what to do. Do you have any advice?

  2. Ach it's a hard one. One of my Mum's mates did it and she looks a lot better for it, but it's obviously just down to how they look on you. If you want it done then do it, if not don't bother.

Also, on a side note, I think my Mum's mate managed to get them done for free via then NHS. No idea how but if you live in Britishland and want it done then give that a go.

  3. Thank you for the advice, it does help out. I also like your mum's mate can get these done for free via the NHS, I believe. I'm only 16, in college, I could make out I get bullied. They cannot refuse that, I don't even think they'd refuse it in the first place. Although, I don't get bullied about them. It's a great excuse that I can use.

    :obama:

  4. If you want it done - do it.
    If you don't - don't do it.

  5. Your 16 and in College? Do you guys call your College as high school?

  6. Nope. You have high school which ends at 16, college which ends at 18, university which ends whenever really.

College is free, it's basically a more chilled out more advanced high school. University is free (you get given a loan to live on).

  7. I want it done but then again I don't know what to do because my brothers don't want me to get it done. I want it done, though.

  8. It's your life, your choices to choose.
If it bothers you, do it. Don't let others make you think different. They might like it, but if you don't, why keep it like that?

So do what's best in your opinion, man!

  9. You want it done - do it :)

  10. :dafuq:

  11. Same here in Sweden. I pay nothing to study at university and I get to live of of a loan that I pay off once I start studying and the remains of it are stricken once I retire at 65.

  12. UK sucks but our education system is quite good.

  13. And you guys can drink lattes during class because there's actual coffee machines inside your classrooms.

  14. Lol no there's not, unless you're talking about private schools.

College is different. I remember my old teacher let me drink beer in class, but he was sacked a month later (unrelated to letting me drink) and I was kicked out a week after he was sacked, but yeah. College is laid back. Drink/Eat anything you want.

High school sucks here. You get no freedom - treated like kids (because you are one I guess). Though most of our class mates would turn up stoned. I remember my friend Andrew turning up after snorting coke and we had Chemistry. He put the bunsen burner to his top and set fire to it (as he sprayed deodorant all over it) and stood there with a :boss1: face not even panicking. Best day of high school.

  15. HS and College's the same here and there, it seems. I drank until 2:00am and went to school at 7. I still went to school, and aced a test. ;)) :boss1:

    Catholic colleges suck. ://

  16. OMG did you say free?

  17. Yeah. Well, HS and College are completely free. University you get given a loan to live on which you pay back when you've left, got a job and earn over X amount. But with most universities you move out and find a house near the site, so you have to pay for food and stuff but yeah, free. Just like our health care is completely free and has been forever.

  18. I'm moving to UK!
