He wants one last big pay day then as he does not want to put over any younger stars.
Dammit I wanted Bryan or Okada.
After a career like his, he deserves to retire in whatever way he wants.
When he leaves TNA, he should do a 1 year Indy tour (imagine the matches on the indys JEEZUS), and then retire in WWE, if he already wants it.
I understand him wanting to go out with the biggest opponent possible but I don't think we're likely to see Undertaker or Lesnar or Cena or Rock in TNA anytime soon...
Kurt Angle has always struck me as someone like Ric Flair or Terry Funk, a guy who will literally wrestle for as long as his body allows him to. I personally hope he goes out like Shawn Michaels and picks the right time and right opponent and right angle and has that one last match and calls it a career for good. I hate it when some guys just don't know when to hang them up.
I'd like to see him make his return to the WWE being billed as a mystery opponent, or being reintroduced as a surprise return, or even just for his music to hit while people are bickering in the ring. One feud I could see him having in WWE is with CM Punk, which would be interesting considering their past "Twitter wars." Imagine Punk (as a heel) going on about being the best in the world, only for Angle's music to hit, here to make his own case about being the best in the world. And just like that, you have a conflict. The same could be done with Daniel Bryan. If he adopted a more serious character who went hurting and defeating people using submissions and stuff, he could talk about how no one can out-smart or outdo him in the ring. Angle's music hits, a challenge is made, etc. Those are two feuds I think would have to happen if he returned.
I want him to have at least a two year run or so if he decides to retire in WWE.
Angle/Bryan. Someone make it happen please.
Though, Angle is nowhere near as good as he once was
Old School Match between him and Brock.
Kurt Angle vs. Undertaker would be a perfect chance to retire Kurt Angle. Even a match with CM Punk can be cool.
Don't expect Angle in WWE anytime before 2015 or 2016, though. He signed a 3 year deal with TNA recently.
I'd love to see him vs DB.
