Basically, over the last 3-4 months I have taken a gap year from my university degree. In this time I have set up a Sports Forum that I own and run. As well as doing this I have attempted and sadly failed to get a job, even a part time job or any kind of income. It's come to the point now that I am indeed looking for a partner in my forum to back me up financially. Now dont worry I understand the usual drawbacks apply 'Im not into sport', 'there's nothing in this for me', 'I just dont have the time I'm sorry', 'there's a recession on'. Trust me Im aware and FULLY understanding of all these points. The partner im looking for doesn't need to log in to my forum, my site or even post on a regular basis, they dont need to be sporting, have an interest in sports or even care remotely about anything to do with the topic, so that's the time and interest element taken out of the situation. What am I willing to give back? I am willing to 'give' 50% of the site away to my partner. The next question on the end of your tonge - what's the point in having 50% of a site that's just starting up, has next to no members and isn't particularly busy amongst the members it does have? Well. Part of my time over the last 4-5 months daily has been spending time researching, following courses and guides to turn forums into livings and careers. Whilst my forum is far, far away from anything that could be called a career, it has the potential with backing from myself and a partner and given time to become a fairly decent little money spinner. There are methods all over the place, regular and not so regular that can earn money from internet forums. Ads, membership fees, upgrade fees etc - but that's not it. I have plans to turn the site into my own sporting brand, including an online store - so the scope is there to earn money. For more information, or anyone interested please post in this message, or drop me a PM. Thanks.
