How Would you rate Wrestlemania 31??

    Show Spoiler
    During the Preshow-

Tyson Kidd & Cesaro def. The Usos, Matadores and New Day to retain their titles. (My Rating - 2 out of 5 **)

Big Show won after he eliminated Damien Sandow
after he turned on Miz instead of using the double team advantage. (My Rating - 2 out of 5 **)

    The Main Card-

Daniel Bryan def. Dolph Ziggler, Dean Ambrose, Luke Harper, Stardust, R-Truth and Wade Barrett to win the Intercontinental Title. (My Rating - 4 out of 5 ****)

    Randy Orton def. Seth Rollins
by countering a Curb Stomp and turning it into an RKO at the last moment. (My Rating - 4 out of 5****)

Triple H def. Sting in a match where nWo & DX both came out and got involved in the match. (My Rating
    - 4 out of 5 ****)

AJ & Paige def. The Bella Twins. (My Rating - 3 out of 5 *** for on the Diva Match Scale)

John Cena def. Rusev to win the United States Title. (My Rating - 4 out of 5 ****)

A Lengthy Segment between the Rock & Triple H/Stephanie as well as Ronda Rousey happened in between the Cena/Rusev match & Undertaker Wyatt match.

The Undertaker def. Bray Wyatt (My Rating a HIGH 3 out of 5 ***)

Seth Rollins cashes in to make match between Lesnar & Reigns a Triple Threat and steals the win by pinning Reigns to win the WWE WHC Title. (My Rating 5 out of 5 *****)

    8 out of 10 !

  2. 8 as well, awesome show.
  3. Why'd you rate the tag match so low? I thought it was fairly good.

    Soldolf Hitler strikes again.

9/10 - everything except the music was good. Would've been 10/10 if it wasn't 2 fucking music performances. Glad I sat at my laptop for 6 hours. Thanks for the night in the LD everyone.
  5. It was like a 2 and a half but I didn't know how to make a half star lol, the execution of the end kind of bothered me like the triple team spot off the top rope, it was alright but idk.
  6. I watched the whole 6 hours too and felt it went by not too fast but not too slow either, the flow was just right.
  7. I rated 10/10 because I thoroughly enjoyed the whole 4 hour show. All the matches I enjoyed and was marking out at certain moments.
But yh awesome WM. My favourite WM of all time is 26 but I think I might have to rethink that after tonight.

  8. 8 out of 10 for me too. This all turned out a lot better than I had thought it would, while some matches went pretty much as I figured. To me the HHH/Sting match was a bit of a disappointment, but having DX and the NWO show up really made it enjoyable for me. Was kind of hoping Goldberg would come out after HBK did, but can't have everything I guess. The whole Rock/Rousey thing was fun too in a segment that didn't promise a whole lot initially.

I absolutely loved how it ended. Rollins cashing in like that was the best case scenario that I was hoping for.

And like some others, I could have done without the music interlude. It was bad enough I had to hear that song several times a night while watching Raws leading up to WM, now I have to hear it again performed live? That turned out to be a good time to make some popcorn.
  9. 9 out of 10. This is easily the best Wrestlemania in recent memory. It's funny that a show with such a bad buildup and a perceived as predictable cards end up being so amazing.

    I liked:

The Tag Title Four Way was much better than expected. It was a solid match, a bit of a spot fest but still enjoyable.

The Battle Royal. It was mainly good for Mizdow, but the long awaited splitting of Miz and his personal assistant was worth it. Big Show showing the proper respect for Andre was good too.

The IC Title match. I was happy to see Daniel Bryan win, but there were several outcomes I would have enjoyed. This was a fast paced and solid ladder match. Absolutely excellent.

Randy Orton vs Seth Rollins was a good match. It set the tone for the main event. Once Seth lost, I knew the belt was coming his way. It was a solid back and forth between the two.

Triple H vs Sting. I was shocked that Sting lost. It wasn't a technical masterpiece, but this was a solid and enjoyable match.

Undertaker vs Bray Wyatt. First, Undertaker looked amazing in comparison to last year. He was knocked kneed, but he had his muscle definition back and put on a solid match with Wyatt. Both guys looked good and I think this was a good return for Undertaker.

Roman Reigns vs Brock Lesnar vs Seth Rollins. This was match of the night and surprisingly a contender for match of the year. Lesnar brutalizing Reigns was unexpected, but who would have ever thought Roman Reigns would kick out of three F5's? Once Reigns got his mojo working, I was sure we were going to see the most predictable match of the year be just that. And rather than having Reigns win or Lesnar win, here comes Seth Rollins to make it a triple threat. I haven't marked out that badly since Ric Flair defeated Big Van Vader in 1993. The match that seemed like it would be the lamest of the night, proved all the doubters wrong.

    I didn't like:

The fact that the Rock didn't tell me that he had finally gotten back to San Francisco.

    I was indifferent to:

    Cena and Rusev

Honestly, this PPV was a complete pleasant surprise. It's nice to know WWE can still pull a surprise now and then.

  10. Since everyone is using this thread now, might as well say I rated it a 9/10. lol

  11. Pretty weird when you think about it.

  12. I enjoy it, been awhile since we had an entertaining line-up of the 3 singles champs quite like this.
  13. Undoubtedly weird. I would also say a complete change of landscape from just a month ago. It's nice to know WWE can still surprise when they want to.
  14. Thought it was one of the worst Manias but enjoyed Rollins

  15. I gave it an 8 for the ending, wyatt match, and the matches im going to watch and know i'll enjoy. The intros were all drawn out as fuck EXCEPT Undertakers, which was like 3.5 minutes. I am looking forward to tomorrow night, there is so much great fallout. I worked through and started at the divas match, but fuck that Wyatt match was great.
  16. Ron Simmons/Daniel Bryan/10
  17. I haven't seen it yet, will probably try and watch later today due to school, but holy shit. IMO, Tyson Kidd and Cesaro retaining is a good option but Mizdow should've won the Battle Royal. Big Show winning does NOTHING for it and now he gets the "rub", but judging by the trajectory of last year's winner, we might be seeing a lot less Big Show! Anyways, D-Bry with the IC title is a good choice IMO and can really elevate that title along with Cena as US champion although I'm surprised no matches went above 20 minutes.... I predicted Orton to beat Rollins and I saw the RKO gif which is just... oh my. Sooo good. Triple H beat Sting where I'm all WTF, why? I gather it wasn't clean so Sting can rek Triple H soon. AJ & Paige over Bella Twins which I predicted. Undertaker beat Wyatt and looked good doing it, not sure what to think, Wyatt could do with the win but maybe this sets up Wyatt to move on to an equally big feud where he wins (possibly ends up taking the IC title off Bryan later this year) and Undertaker fights Sting next year. Rollins cashed in so I'm happy. That is all. And we got Suplex City, Bitch. :booker2:

Sounds like a 9/10 event. But Sting losing isn't something I'm happy with.

Felt like a Legends Raw lol. Really poor for the most part and not worth my time.

I forgot about the BR and heard Big Show won before I watched the ending. Mizdow was good, no reason they shouldn't have pulled the trigger on him winning.

The opening match was typical generic shit for the first 10 minutes, but was decent for the last 5 or so. The headbutt spot was a little weird, but it was exciting I guess. The right guy definitely won, so no complaints, but it was nothing more than a 'solid opener'

I'm not a big fan of Orton or Rollins but their match was actually awesome. The high point of the show for me until the ME. The curb stomp counter into an RKO was nice.

Triple H vs Sting was just embarrassing. #1 shut the fuck up about the monday night wars. This entire thing felt like Vince was in the commentators ear like "yay... now say "WWE prevailed again tee hee". Ffs. DX coming out was bad enough, but the NWO part made no sense. We all know Nash and Hall are best buds with HHH and they were enemies with Sting lol. Horribly fucking booked. This entire angle was just like "Hey Sting, bow down to HHH". Fuel for his ego. I love HHH, but this was shit. His match with Bryan last year was 10 X better than this bullshit. Oh and both entrances sucked lol. HHH's was cringeworthy and Sting's made no sense. "Hey guys I'm Japanese?!"

    Didn't watch the divas match

The Rock/Rousey shit was so so so bad. I felt bad for watching it it was so forced and corny. I like all 4 people involved but shame on whoever thought that would be an entertaining way to waste 10 minutes. Didn't watch any of the music shit, but I'm sure it was awful.

Bray vs Taker was what we knew it would be. What can I say? I wasn't excited for the feud or match and gave me what I expected. Bray's entrance was even worse than Stings. They kept it short, so there's that.

Rusev is the one person who had a cool entrance. The match was solid. Not mad at Cena vs Rusev.

The Main Event I have mixed feelings on. Lesnar was 10/10 perfect. For what they asked him to do he nailed it and he is the fucking man. Suplex city, bitch is the one thing I'll remember from this PPV lol. Reigns being some sort of weird masochist is a booking botch. Him performing 3 offensive moves this entire match is trash, but expected. WWE getting the belt off of Brock without him taking an L is great. I can't say I'm thrilled with the state of the main event right now... Super Reigns, Rollins, Orton?? Big Show?? Lesnar will surely be on hiatus now, which they never really explain in kayfabe. "Hey motherfuckers, I'm an ass kicker. That's all the fuck I want to do. See you in 6 months".

the show itself was about what I expected, bad. The product is set up now so the mid card could actually be the bright spots on the show if they book it right.

Overall I give it a 5 on the PPV scale, a 3 on the Wrestlemania scale.

That's a 9/10 right there (just for the ending) I came in around Triple H and Sting but I saw what happened before. On the main event, it was like Roman was total Super Cena, yeah Lesnar drew blood but it was a Lesnar beatdown. Then- here come Rollins and I MARKED. That gave the match a 9/10, 8 for Lesnar's work, another 1 for the great endin
