  1. Skip to 6:40 to see Bob.

  2. Suddenly I hate RVD a little less.

  3. Respect.

  4. RVD is staler than stale as a performer but I'd still love to spark a blunt with the guy.

  6. Oh man, I hate him a little bit less, now I know where his ridiculous moves come from, he invented them while he smoked weed

  8. RVD invented something?

  9. Yeah, stupid gymnastic moves...

  10. RVD didn't invent any of the moves in his moveset. He adopted them from Japanese wrestlers and luchadors.

  11. I want to cry, but not sure whether to laugh or to have pity.

  12. Yeah but made those moves look stupid...

  13. Then don't say he invented them. Doing a move bad is not inventing a new move, that's called botching.

  14. I know he uses those moves and botches a lot but even editing a move by adding some ridiculous move is an invention because he had to think first what would fit to his gimmick... Not new moves but he made it his own move and at least I call that an invention...

  15. No. That is not inventing a new move. That is putting a personal touch on an already existing move. Rob Van Dam has not invented anything. Every wrestler thinks of what moves would fit their gimmick and how to do them. That doesn't mean that Randy Orton invented the top rope hung DDT, or that Samoa Joe invented the corner ensugiri. It is just the wrestler putting together a move set that fits them. What you think is inventing is just character set up.

  16. According to wiki he innovated a few moves

  17. Most of them with basis in pre existing moves. I can give him innovating them but he didn't invent any moves from scratch. That's like saying that Dean Malenko invented the concept of jumping from the ropes head first when he innovated the flying headbutt.

  18. This is just perfect.
