    WWE Smackdown

    * There’s a podium in the ring. Triple H comes out in a suit and puts the WWE World Heavyweight Title on the podium. Triple H quoted “Sympathy for the Devil” by Rolling Stones. He talks about what he did to Roman Reigns on RAW, brags about having authority and says everyone has to fall in line. Triple H says he will defeat Reigns at WrestleMania 32.

    * Chris Jericho, AJ Styles and a mystery partner vs. WWE Tag Team Champions The New Day is announced for later.

Neville hit 2 Red Arrows on Barrett. Sheamus hit a Brogue on Neville for the win. The League of Nations carried Barrett away on their shoulders as a celebratory move.

    * WWE Intercontinental Champion Kevin Owens is backstage with Renee Young. He offers Dean Ambrose his rematch but Ambrose isn’t here. Owens brags about beating everyone and issues a challenge. * Recap of Shane McMahon’s return. The Undertaker will be on RAW.

    * Backstage segment with Styles and Jericho picking Mark Henry as their partner.

    * R-Truth defeated Heath Slater with help from Goldust.

    * AJ Styles, Chris Jericho and Mark Henry defeated The New Day, who were over big time but not as much as Styles. Styles was said to be over with everyone and his entrance got the biggest pop. The New Day was cleared from the ring early on for tandem springboards by Styles and Jericho. Henry, Styles and Jericho also mocked their dance moves. Lots of fact paced action in this one. 2. So I am thinking the Divas match will be Char vs Beck vs Sasha vs Tamina vs Naomi vs Natalya at WM. Just based on this Smackdown.

  3. Owens vs Show, what? And it didn't end clean either. Hope it doesn't turn into a feud.

And whyyyyy is Styles in this situation. If you don't know what you're doing with him, put him in rando singles matches like you do with most of the roster. Don't make him apart of this strange six man tag quota you need to fill. You have three stables for that.

  4. If they're doing the ATGMBR, the tag turmoil, and a ladder match, then I doubt. Don't oversaturate multi-man matches.

  5. They have had PPV's with no singles matches before.. Even a WM. They will have two main singles matches so they can get away with it.

  6. seems like a usual bad smackdown

  7. Nope, not watching this.

  8. Why is Mark Henry always the mystery opponent/partner? Here, with New Day a couple weeks ago, IC title match at Elimination chamber...

  9. I agree. Everytime there's a match with a mystery opponent/partner i think to myself "Bet it's Henry" and 99% of the time i'm right.

  10. In all fairness, Smackdown wasn't actually that bad.

Aside from a couple of good matches and some cool spots, my favorite part by far was the Kevin Owens promo and his interaction with the Big Show. Ya, know Road to Wrestlemania, Road to KOmania and all but, don't know about you guys, when KO told the Big Show he should be on the Road to Retirement, I cracked, hahahaha...What a line...
