I have no problem with Billy Graham in that role. I think he would likely be good in it.
I'm glad he's doing OK physically, I thought he wasn't very well. Anyway, sure, would be OK for the job imo.
It's obviously going to be next-to-impossible to replace Dusty Rhodes, but there are a few guys who could hold the job (if not fill the shoes) that Dusty did and Graham's one of those guys.
Graham, Hall or Roberts would all be good choices to take up Dusty's job. Personally I'd go with Roberts.
I don't think he would do a bad job. They should try giving him the job, and see how he does.
Any reason why?
He could get people involved into his promos both as a heel and a face, fit in catchphrases to get pops / heat and had great rhythm as well as ability to carry himself on camera.
