Extreme Rules The Rock Advertised For Extreme Rules!

Discussion in 'PPV's & Specials' started by Super Saiyan Goku, Feb 21, 2013.

  1. WWE Champion The Rock is being advertised for the WWE Extreme Rules pay-per-view, which takes place on May 19th from the Scottrade Center in St. Louis, Missouri. This is an unexpected move, as The Rock will be taking time off from WWE after WrestleMania 29 to begin filming the movie “Hercules” overseas.

I GUESS THE ROOMER IS TRUE! Does this mean that The Rock will retirn the WWE Champion at WrestleMania 29 and then just lose the WWE Champion it at Extreme Rules? How ever that would me he would not get rematch clase inless that write him off with an injury angle? I REALLY see it having if his WrestleMania 29 match is a 3 Way with CM Punk in it? What do you all think?

  3. Well, I prefer Cena or Punk to win, but if WWE wants him to stay as WWE Champion what can we do?
  4. It'll be a triple threat between him, punk and cena and brock will interfere which will lead to Brock/Rock.
  5. Probably Cena win at Mania, then Cena win again at ER in the rubber match.

Also cards are subject to change..
  6. I wouldn't want him to retain, because Cena losing three Wrestlemanias in a row increases his chances of beating Undertaker at WM30. Don't see what else they would do, unless Rock just gets a rematch (or the triple threat itself becomes a rematch, ala Benoit/HHH/HBK in 2004) at Extreme Rules. But would they really put a one on one Rock/Cena match at ER? Or would Rock even work a hardcore match?
  7. NO? it to early for that feud. and if he sopost to wrestle at E.Rules the ppv after WM29 why take the belt off him? If he is wrestler at E.Rules that should let keep it until E.Rule and lose it there.
  8. If that happens, I'm gonna buy a ticket, travel all the way to Dubai, and jump from the top of Burj Khalifa tower.
  9. this
  10. Maybe Cena beats Rock, Dolph cashes in on Cena, then a three way @ Extreme Rules? Maybe they'll forget the WHC stipulation.
  11. He can't cash in Cena if he wins, is the briefcase for the World Heavyweight championship, not for the WWE one
  13. Do you think WWE is that stupid? WWE wouldn't forget a stipulation, fans would get MAD
  15. You serious bro? Is WWE stupid? :dawg:
  16. This.:mad2:
  17. Yeah, WWE is not stupid, so why would they forget a clause?
  18. I wouldn't be so sure if I were you. :pity:
  19. Why? I think they're not so stupid...
  20. This is the company who left Zack Ryder off of a PPV when there were we want Ryder chants during a Rock Promo at Survivor Series .... don't doubt them.

Oops he got an interference while John Morrison got a match but you get the point.
