Anyone else meditate?

  1. I've noticed that it's really helped me chill out and get out of my own head by just sitting back for a few minutes a day.

    I tend to use this :

    It's only a minute long so it helps me keep track of my meditation also, I'd recommend it as an entry point so to speak.
  2. I just open my wind and stare outside for around 20-30 minutes. I do it because my room is hot af. But I guess it calms me down.
  3. Yeah, I'll sometimes day dream to an extent also. It's weird but things never seem as a big of a problem after I've done it, you know?
  4. If by meditate you mean sleeping in past 12 and waking up with drool on my face, yeah I meditate.


    But seriously, the closest thing to this I have done was Yoga and listening to Binaural Beats (Hz frequencies). I have been recomended to meditate by a few different people but never actually did it. I probably should.
