  1. On 7. March 2015 I visited a pro wrestling show in Berlin, Germany. The German Wrestling Federation (GWF) - one of the two big wrestling promotions in Germany - presented the „GWF Berlin Wrestling Night 30“.

The German Wrestling Federation is promoting 20 to 40 Germany-wide shows per year.

The stage was a big circus-tent with an audience of 350 to 400 people. In the starting-match I saw an funny tag team-bout with old school heel-germans (Robert Kaiser and Nickolas von Rijk), insane clowns an talented young punks.

The second and third match contained good personalities from Germany, Austria, Turkey and Mexico. Veterans with a lot of technical spots, like Crazy Sexy Mike, and young guys with new ideas, like Orlando Silver (a former student of Ultimo Guerreo). The fourth match was a technical and psychological highlight. Former NXT-Superstar Luther Ward fought against one of the best european pro wrestlers Ivan Kiev.

The semi-main-event was a hard-hitting fight between the GWF Tag Team-Champions „Cash Money“ Mafia and „The Young Lions“. After this awesome match we saw a towel-match between Pascal Spalter, a 135-kilo-heavyweight, and the „Caribbean Killer“ Rambo.

In the end I have to say: It was a great show. Good technical and high-flying wrestling with much entertainment, drama and extreme hard brawls.

The German Wrestling Federation has their shows on VIDEO ON DEMAND in FULL HD. If you want to purchase it, check following site:
