No surprise here.
This week’s episode of Monday Night Raw came just one night after SummerSlam and with that it saw a bump in viewership. The episode garnered 2.73 million viewers, up from last week’s 2.47 million.
The third hour didn’t retain as much viewership as in recent weeks, however:
Hour one: 2.77 million
Hour two: 2.82 million
Hour three: 2.60 million
The Raw after SummerSlam in 2018 was over 3 million viewers, so there was a drop from last year. But considering television and where WWE has been, this has to be considered a win for the company.
For whatever it’s worth, the debut of Steve Austin’s show on USA Network just after Raw drew 1.21 million viewers.
