  1. My question is was it planned to be a streak from the first time he appeared at WM, or did they come up with it during his appearances in Mania???
  2. Obviously not, it just always worked itself out like that. Taker always ended up in matches where him being booked to win made more sense and after awhile, the brass released that taker had never been defeated and made a big deal out of it. I think the first time it was brought up in commentary that Taker was even undefeated was some point during the Wrestlemania 17 match with Triple H. And then when Taker held up the ten fingers the following year, it was referred to for the first time as a "streak." Wrestlemania 21 with Randy Orton was the first time a storyline going into Taker's match there had to do with ending the streak, and they've been beating us over the head with it every year since.
  3. WWE can't play a month in advance, let alone 20+ years...
  4. You think that in a 'scripted' world, Vince can't tell the creatives: "Let's make Undertaker undefeated at WrestleMania"?
  5. Let's make Sheamus win the title in 2 months.
Let's make Cena win the title 11 times
Let's make Rock vs Cena 2
Let's make CM Punk leave with the title.

    Yes. He can.
  6. Off topic for a moment, GTI. Why does your avatar looks like CM Punk jerking off???
  7. Because he's GOD. :pity:

  8. It became a streak after many years. They seemed to have made it more of a big deal when Taker decided not to wrestle year round.
  9. Yeah, it wasn't the idea at the first moment, it just happened. Ended up very well, that's good.
  10. To me its not that big of a deal. The names on that list of defeated aren't really that impressive until recently, like the past five years. If they did plan it from the beginning they didn't do that good of a job. So my guess is no, it just happened.
