What Helps You Go To Sleep?

  1. Title says it all.
    Honestly, I just need a sooth and relaxing sound. Like of my fan or the rain.
    If it's too quiet, I'll get very annoyed and won't be able to sleep.

    Sometimes, I just YouTube some stuff relaxing sounds so I can sleep to it.

    If I wake up in the A.m. and see light, i'm up.

  7. Yeah, I shouldn't really keep it on as much as I do. Electric bill is expensive.

  14. Damn, back in the day they used to have commercials that were played louder than others. So, around 3 a.m. if you had your tv on it would just start screaming at you. I know that's banned, but any disturbance would wake me up.

  17. I just lay down, watch TV (I need sound to grow to bed, god damn silence when I'm trying to sleep).
