What is your work-out routine?

  1. Assuming you have one.

    I tend to just wing it lol I go a lot of stretches and body weight resistant things like crunches and lunges. I have a treadmill but I hardly ever use it. I get more enjoyment going up and down the steps... And a better work out to boot.
  2. I work out by performing wrestling moves on my cousins.
