would the champions league and europa league benefit if the away goals rule was scrapped?

  1. the main purpose of the rule is it encourages teams to attack when there away from home instead of sitting back and defending

Im not sure tbh the league playoffs prove games are still exciting without the rule but can also see a lot of smaller team sitting back more when they play the like of barcelona(altough they still do like chelsea) i can't decide what do you think?
  2. I think it doesn't benefit too much, if the other team scores a goal sure it does help because they'll want that advantage but if not... I don't really see a great change, people could defend more true but I think nothing would really happen, the matches would be the same
  3. Away goals is better so there is less need to further fatigue players.
  4. Thats true never thought of it like that
