We learned on Monday Night Raw that Bryan will have a chance to compete for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship at Wrestlemania 30, but only if he can defeat Triple H prior to the main event. Therefore, after months of begging and complaining, Daniel Bryan fans may finally get what they have demanded for so long.

Excited fans who felt like their favorite WWE superstar was purposely overlooked flooded the internet in support of Bryan after the announcement was made.

Followers of the “Yes Movement” have not learned anything from previous situations involving the Authority and Bryan. If they had learned anything from previous encounters, then they would know not to get their hopes up too soon. Many believe that Bryan will walk out of Wrestlemania as the champion, even though there’s been no final decision made by the WWE regarding who will actually win the match.

Bryan’s fans are once again setting themselves up for failure by putting themselves in position to be highly upset if Bryan doesn’t win the title.

Personally, I do not believe that the bearded superstar has what it takes to hold onto the gold for an extended period. He does not bring enough versatility to the table to keep general WWE fans happy for long. The WWE realizes that the number of fans who come to see anyone besides Bryan will always outweigh those fans who do show up to support Bryan every week.

Therefore, the WWE will do their best to keep both sides happy, but they will ultimately do what is best for business, regardless of who the fan favorite may be at the time.

Here’s what I believe is going to happen at Wrestlemania 30: Bryan will defeat Triple H, giving his fans some hope headed into the main event, then their hopes and dreams will be shattered after Bryan goes on the lose the match to either Batista or Randy Orton.

In the meantime, Bryan’s fans have a reason to back off the WWE, giving them a little room to breathe headed into the biggest event of the year. If they still decided to hijack shows, then they could possibly scare the company into putting the title around Bryan’s waist in April.

Therefore, I guess Bryan’s fans feel like they have won the battle, but the war is far from over. When it does end and the all of the smoke clears, those same fans may end up being highly disappointed.

  3. What is up with you people? Get a life Christ no one is bothering you. I post stuff for the fans to read so I'm sure they appreciate it even if they don't agree. Stop hating please, I'd appreciate it. You guys are coming off as major stalkers, its like you follow my every move, its really weird. I hope you know this forum can be shut down for violating general forum rules, please give me a reason to make a case for harassment because no where in the rules does it says I cannot do this, even if a moderator asks me not to. Sorry, but you have to make it clear for EVERYONE, or else you're setting yourselves up to get banned for discrimination. That's a warning, not a threat.

  5. Yes! He's back!

And no, what Crayo said is that you have to include part of your article on your post. It's against site rules to just leave the link

  6. I wouldn't be surprised if Daniel Bryan lost because as of late there is always someone that costs him the match. Who is it going to be? Kane, the Shield or Wyatts? The Wyatts had a match against the Shield and still somehow managed to interfere in the Elimination Chamber match, but that could have just been for the Bray/Cena build up. If Daniel Bryan does lose it will probably disappoint some people, but I don't think that will stop the fans from cheering for him.

  7. The atmosphere is different. This is Wrestlemania, not Battleground. With the buildup for Bryan's next big moment, there's no doubt that he's going to take the gold at Mania.

  8. I will be sure to include part of the article next time but the harassment from mods needs to stop now. Delete the post if you want, I have no problem taking my articles elsewhere

  9. We didn't mean to enrage you oh great one.

  10. Daniel Bryan deserves the win, but will WWE let him? I don't think so. Screwing Bryan out of a Mania Match will be yet another tease by WWE, the ultimate slut

  11. lmfao you're lost. This forum can not be shut down for "violating general forum rules" you absolute moron. Though I thank you for posting the article AND the link this time so we can just read it from the thread.

  12. The forum police are coming?

  13. lol please do it bitch. they suck anyhow

  14. What? What is a 'general forum rule' ?

    Banned for discrimination? Who's discriminating?

    I'm so lost :dafuq:

  15. Well, Brian, you do know how to get some heat. Let me break down this article real quick.

you said, "Personally, I do not believe that the bearded superstar has what it takes to hold onto the gold for an extended period. He does not bring enough versatility to the table to keep general WWE fans happy for long. The WWE realizes that the number of fans who come to see anyone besides Bryan will always outweigh those fans who do show up to support Bryan every week."

You do not believe that DB has what it takes to hold onto the gold for an extended period?....a star who is put over with the fans, good on the mic, great in the ring, and very respectful to others, as well as seasoned veteran of the sport, doesn't have what it takes to hold onto the gold...? hmmm interesting but very false.

DB does not bring enough versatility to the table to keep fans happy for long? Well since Summerslam of 2013 we've heard nothing but YES! chants at every arena throughout the world, he's caused superstars and matches to get booed because fans felt that, again, he was being belittled, and he caused most of the RR PPV event to get booed simply because he wasn't in the RR match or a main event match (the event was also booed because of bad match booking, too). I would say he's well over with the fans and has versatility or, as you know, the fans wouldn't rally behind him. Also, as far as longevity is concerned, you can never be too certain of this as sometimes it's a gamble. WWE gambled with Cena, Batista, Orton, etc., and it paid off. As of now, all we do know is this: DB sells tickets, merchandise, he's popular, fun, entertaining, and all around likeable. I would bet my pot on him at this point as odds are in his favor to succeed. And WWE realizes he sells out arenas. Hence why they're putting this guy in 2 WrestleMania main event matches. They wouldn't do that if wasn't selling shit and people didn't wanna see him at all.

The number of fans who come to see anyone besides DB outweighs those who want to see him?....really? that's funny. Where are you getting these statistics from? I don't think you have any. But, in any case, I would say this is a false statement. Why? Well, the odds are staked against you. WWE has had DB main eventing their flagship show--Raw--for the past 8 months. He's headlined numerous PPV's and he's always a top, key player on the card for in house shows as well. You mean to tell me that WWE is doing this because DB is outweighed and they realize he has no longevity? Please. It's the opposite. This is not to say that fans don't pay to see Cena, Orton, Wyatt's Shield, etc., of course they do. But DB is a big reason why people buy tickets to go see a live event. This has to be true or they wouldn't book him in bigger matches. And, if what you're stating is true, the same can be said for any other big superstar: "The WWE realizes that the number of fans who come to see anyone besides Bryan will always outweigh those fans who do show up to support Bryan every week." You can take that same sentence and throw Cena's name in there, Orton, Bootista, etc., and say well they're outweighed by all the other superstars. Dumb logic my friend.

You stated, "Therefore, the WWE will do their best to keep both sides happy, but they will ultimately do what is best for business, regardless of who the fan favorite may be at the time"

Yes, they will do what's best for business. Which is DB right now and going forward. They're not going to have him main event 2 matches at Mania when he's not best for business.

You said, "Here’s what I believe is going to happen at Wrestlemania 30: Bryan will defeat Triple H, giving his fans some hope headed into the main event, then their hopes and dreams will be shattered after Bryan goes on the lose the match to either Batista or Randy Orton. In the meantime, Bryan’s fans have a reason to back off the WWE, giving them a little room to breathe headed into the biggest event of the year. If they still decided to hijack shows, then they could possibly scare the company into putting the title around Bryan’s waist in April."

First, I don't think they're going to have Triple H lose just to have DB fail in the main event. That will cause fans to be even more dissatisfied with WWE and won't help with anything right now. Second, this will not give fans a reason to back off the WWE at all; in fact, it'll make them more pissed. They'll feel like well why did you ass this stipulation to the DB and Triple H just to have him, once again, ultimately fail? Makes no sense and we've seen enough of DB getting screwed. Odds are WWE fans will not hijack shows...if that was going to happen, it would've most likely happened in Chicago on Raw recently. WWE isn't fearful of fans hijacking shows at all, nor are they scared of fans. What's happening with WWE now is this: they're realizing their mistakes with Bootista, Orton, and their entire main event situation at Mania. Furthermore, they're also understanding that fans want to see DB headline this event as he's earned this spot and it's clearly what's best for business. WWE is finally realizing their mistakes and listening to the fans; in no way, shape, or form are they "afraid" of them.

You also said, "Therefore, I guess Bryan’s fans feel like they have won the battle, but the war is far from over. When it does end and the all of the smoke clears, those same fans may end up being highly disappointed."

It's not about winning a "battle." It's about giving credit where it's due and moving towards the future. DB is popular, fun, and exciting in every aspect. You don't have to like him in every way like I do, but you should respect his abilities. DB is what's best for business. Whether you like him or not, the guy is what's best for the company right now and they need to invest in him moving forward, not Bootista, Orton, and Cena: we've seen this for years already.

  16. Bryan isn't getting screwed at Wrestlemania. They're not gonna end a landmark, anniversary Wrestlemania (especially one with Hulk Hogan as the host) with a heel winning via a screw job. He's defeating Triple H and then Orton/Batista and then walking out as WWE Champion, end of story. And expect Hogan to get in the ring and raise his hand in victory as well. Wrestlemania is supposed to be the culmination of one's journey to become champion, and for Bryan, now on the grandest stage of all is the perfect time for it to finally happen after being screwed so many times over these past several months. Plus, it almost seems fated for vanilla midgets to have their big moments at the anniversary Wrestlemania events - Bret Hart at Wrestlemania 10, Chris Benoit and Eddie Guerrero at Wrestlemania 20, and now Daniel Bryan at Wrestlemania 30.

I expect Bryan to have at least a Benoit-like respectable reign, one that lasts until at least Summerslam or maybe even a month or so more.

  17. climax - the most intense, exciting, or important point of something; the culmination.

This may seem like a shocker to you, but a climax to a story involving a bad guy screwing the good guy isn't the bad guy screwing the good guy. The climax to the story of the bad guy always screwing the good guy is the good guy finally beating up the bad guy. This is what they're currently building to. This is what we call "basic story telling", if you need any further explanation of that phrase let me know.

Yet over the last several years he's proven he has lots of versatility by playing a multitude of different characters whilst continuously growing his fan base. Whether its been as a manipulative and controlling boyfriend, a psychopathic tag team member that thinks the crowd chants "Yes" in spite of him, an insecure wrestler who thinks he's a weak link, or as the ultimate underdog always held down by the man that he is now; he's played his characters well whilst continuously having good crowd reactions and growing his fanbase throughout them. Despite him apparently not being versatile at all, he's been the better part (if not the best part) of the WWE since 2011 because of his versatility.

Yes, despite the company pulling an audible and making Daniel Bryan the center-point of this Wrestlemania due to overwhelming fan response to the point where fans have at times booed a wrestler because they aren't Daniel Bryan; the WWE realizes that there's more people that go to their shows to see other wrestlers than to see Daniel Bryan.

But I thought they realized that the amount of fans that come to their shows to see other wrestlers will always outweight those who come to see Daniel Bryan, so why would they then proceed to put the World Title onto Daniel Bryan despite this? Better yet, why wouldn't they put the title onto him at Wrestlemania in the first place to prevent this from happening if they were only going to cave in and put it on him anyway?

Thanks for breaking my sleeping pattern by the way, I was just about to go to sleep before I found this thread which then promptly made me login to the site to rip apart the post like the little insecure Daniel Bryan fan that I am.
