Where? San Francisco Bay Area, California: Levi Stadium

Brock Lesnar (c) vs. Roman Reigns for the WWE Championship

    Sting vs. Triple H

Rusev (c) vs. John Cena for the United States Championship

    The Undertaker vs. Bray Wyatt

    Randy Orton vs. Seth Rollins

2nd Annual André the Giant Memorial Battle Royal

Bad News Barrett (c) vs. R-Truth vs. Luke Harper vs. Dean Ambrose vs. Dolph Ziggler vs. Stardust vs. Daniel Bryan for the Intercontinental Championship

AJ & Paige vs. The Bella Twins

  2. I'm positive the IC title ladder match will go like this: BNB vs Ambrose vs DZ vs Truth vs Harper vs Bryan vs Stardust vs Goldust
  3. Nah, I'm almost 100% sure Daniel Bryan vs. Stardust for qualification and it will end with Daniel Bryan going to Mania because of Goldust's interference leading to Goldust vs. Stardust.

  4. How are we like 3 weeks away from the big event and have this shit buildup... IMO, add Bryan to the IC title match and have Goldust interfere in a qualifying match to set up Cody vs Goldust. Add a tag team match, as if anyone really cares right now, and Orton vs Rollins next week (and make Rollins look stronger after looking like a jobber). Sting needs to show up and speak in his own voice and apparently Undertaker accepted Bray's offer last night (I didn't watch, probably will later).

It baffles me how Lesnar and Reigns have only had one confrontation since Royal Rumble... worst main event build up ever.

  5. I can see that happening.

Having 6 guys in a ladder match for the IC title is fine, but having Stardust and Goldust enter it is kind of out of the blue. So yeah, it's probably for the better if it's just a 6 man ladder match.
Would love it if Goldust vs Stardust was happening at Mania, though...
  6. Complete no sell from the entire staff. wot a teem.
  7. Biggest show of the year for WWE and they couldn't be bothered to build up tag teams 3 weeks before the event and only now sandwiched together Brass Ring Club vs Usos vs Los Matadores vs New Day apparently. It's not confirmed but is most likely happening. Gotta love the build up to WM31. I don't see why broke up The Wyatt Family, only to job them out in singles matches and now the tag team division is losing even more credible teams.
  8. @Tsar , add Undertaker vs Bray Wyatt
  9. Since the card is basically set, with the announcement for Seth Rollins vs. Randy Orton the only thing left to happen. I thought I'd give it a makeover.

I have a feeling Daniel Bryan and Dolph Ziggler is going to be the pair that will be showcased here.
  10. Rusev's entrance is going to be awesome. I'm also counting on boss entrances from Sting, Bryan and Triple H.

If Reigns doesn't descend from a helicopter, I will probably be somewhat disappointed.

Oh, and is it too late for WWE to change it to Goldust vs Stardust? They dropped what could've been a great feud in favour of having Stardust lose again and Goldust, one of the best workers in the company right now without a doubt, left off the show or in the shit Battle Royal.
  11. Didn't think we'd start this thread til after next RAW to be honest but I'm 50/50 on this PPV.. granted there are a few things I'm dying to see AKA Trips vs Sting but im still not sold on the card..
  12. Bryan didn't have a cool entrance last year when he was in the ME, he likely won't have it this year either.

It's probably too late to have Goldy vs Stardust now. It'd have been cooler if Goldust was in the IC title ladder match, 'cause that way his feud with Stardust wouldn't be forgotten, but oh well...
Guess they'll save that one for Extreme Rules.
  13. I hear they dropped it. They just shit on the most anticipated Goldust feud in a long time.
  14. That's a bummer if true.
  15. The ladder match is really the only match I think will do good. It also has the best mid carders in WWE right now.
  16. I'm looking forward to that match, but if it was an 8-man ladder match, it would've been splendid.
There are 7 participants as of right now, so with a little more than 2 weeks to go till the showtime, I hope they add the 8th person, whether it's Sheamus or Goldust.

Personally, I think almost every match on the card has a chance of being good, at least, except the divas match which I don't care about and I'm sure they'll find a way to shit on it by giving it 5 minutes.

Rusev/Cena was uber-good at Fastlane, it should be more of the same at WM, Sting vs Trips, Taker vs Wyatt had better not be as bad as Taker/Lesnar last year...
I actually expect the ME to be dope, it'd be even more dope if Rollins cashed in, but we'll see.
  17. Probably the best thing about this year's Wrestlemania is that both the Intercontinental AND United Championships are being defended on the main card for once. It's actually something that's never been done before ever since they resurrected the US Title in 2003 - anytime the IC Title was being defended on the card, the US Champion was either left off the card or involved in something else where the belt wasn't on the line (MITB, battle royal, tag team match, etc.), and anytime the US Title was being defended, the same. For as much as people complain about the midcard titles not feeling like they have a whole lot of value left to them anymore, we should be proud that both belts are on the main card this year and in feuds that feel important. The ladder match may seem somewhat thrown together to some, but I think it's been a fun storyline and is probably gonna steal the show, and the US Championship is being contested for in a match that pits the biggest star of the company against one of the most (arguably the most) protected heels of the past year.

Elsewhere, it looks like a pretty good (not great) Wrestlemania card, even though most of the expected match results won't be to my liking.
  18. I think WWE might actually start pushing the midcard belts as useful. The Intercontinental Championship being defended among the best talents in the company and the U.S Title getting on the same stage (star wise) as the WWE Championship is really cool. I'll be happy if John Cena wins only because it means bringing more to the U.S Title.
