WWE Has Allegedly Unearthed The Rarest Match In Professional Wrestling History

  1. All the urban legends imaginable say the footage not existing is definitely not a mistake and that Ole Anderson deliberately destroyed the footage. If that's true, it'd be interesting to know what role Ole played in "destroying the footage" I know it was common practice back then to "wipe" shows and then use the same tape to record new shows, but come on! This is supposed to be one of the greatest matches of all time and the most brutal, simply a pure gore fest.

    I am going to hope that this news turns out to be true as I have heard all about this match and have wanted to see it for years and didn't think I ever would get to because of that class A dick (this judgment comes from every wrestling book I've ever read. Another wrestler pointing a gun to the back of his head should pretty much show how disliked he was.) Ole Anderson.
  2. There's apparently a video bumper on the network for this hidden gems series, which features clips of the match (I don't have the network, so anyone with it can either confirm or debunk). So I guess it is legit
