Just curious, what is your regular sleep schedule/pattern?

Over the past few months I've developed a pretty bad sleeping pattern, I'll stay up to anywhere from 4-9am est and I'll sleep till around 11-3pm. It's a harsh habit which I'm hoping to fix sometime soon.

  2. I usually go to bed at 12am and get up at 6 or 7 am.

  3. Currently with college, I end up going to bed at 12:30am then waking up 7am.

    yay.

  4. It depends. Usually like 11pm-1am to around 7am.

  5. My sleeping schedule has been pretty bad for the past few months. Sleep at like 4AM - 8AM

  6. During Summer, 5 A.M - 4 P.M.

    Now, 12 A.M - 7 A.M

  7. 11:00 to 5:00 AM

  8. Varies depending on shifts.

If I'm in at 5:30am bed at 12 up at 4:30am

If I'm in at 8am bed round 2am up at 7am

If I'm in at noon bed round 5am up at 11am

If I'm in at 2pm bed round 6am up at noon.

Varies if I'm off as I then can end up till 10am and sleep till 3pm them get up.

I have a strange sleep pattern. On my days off it Gets later, and later then resets eventually then starts over.

  9. Mine has gone to shite now, up till 1 or 2am and somehow waking up wide awake at 5.30am and not getting back to sleep.

  10. 2-6 A.M. to 11 A.M.-2P.M.

Sometimes though I'll pass out at midnight on my days off and wake up at 8 A.M.

  11. 3:00 AM to 6:00 AM

    Yeah, I'm crazy.

  12. I usually get up around 7am now, going to bed between 11pm-1am...but i do believe in catching up and once in a while (like last night) ill throw a 12 hour down and call it fair.

  13. I usually go to bed between 12-2am and wake up most mornings at 7:30am depending on my work schedule. It's difficult for me to unwind and fall asleep most nights which can be a pain in the ass.

  14. My sleep schedule is mess. One day I'll go to sleep at midnight, while another day it'll be 8am. Sometimes I sleep for 8 hours while other times I sleep for 12+.

  15. Wow and I thought I hardly slept sleep at 2 up at 8 on a work day

  16. Are you going mental yet?

  17. I was like that for months and started feeling sick. I started going to bed around 11:30-12am and getting up at 6:30-7am. Feels good. It is rough to break the habit but I did it by forcing myself to get up early and get minimal sleep for a few days (like 3ish hours for a few days) and I been sleepin good for like 4 days now. There is something about the night, like sleeping at night and waking with the sun, that recharges the body, helps balance hormones and helps one be more in touch with their own energy. It has made me happier and all around more lively.

  18. I go to sleep when I get tired

Skip days of sleep pretty often, always up by 8 a.m.

Weekends I get drunk and sleep for a solid 12

  19. lol

  20. Typically, I stay up much longer than I should and then crash for much longer than I should. I find that I tend to hate sleeping unless I'm already asleep so I tend to put it off for as long as I can and then milk it when I crash. In my heyday, this meant I averaged about two days straight awake and then about half a day of sleep (sometimes less if I got plans). However doing this for years and cutting caffeine out of my diet, has lead to my average being just about a full day before I crash and fall asleep, it's pathetic. Though I only milk sleeping when I have nothing going on, so on the sadly rare times I'm busy my allotted time to rest is cut short.

Probably should gain a regular sleep pattern, the few times I've tried have lead to positive results but each time I start one it takes less than a week to reset to my default setting.
